Therapy can help you understand the patterns that keep you stuck and build a life that feels more grounded, connected, and intentional. I work with adults, teens, couples, and families around anxiety, depression, relationships, substance use, identity, and the self-defeating habits that can quietly shape daily life.

A place to slow down and understand yourself
Many people come to therapy feeling frustrated that they keep repeating the same thoughts, choices, or relationship dynamics even when they genuinely want change. Our work together creates space to better understand what is driving those patterns, where they come from, and how you can begin responding to yourself and others in a new way.
Who I help
I work with adults and teens who are tired of repeating the same patterns in their relationships, careers, and inner lives. Together we look at how your mind works, where those patterns started, and what you actually want your life to feel like instead.
Areas I often help with
• Anxiety, overthinking, and chronic worry
• Depression, low motivation, and burnout
• Substance use and other coping habits that no longer serve you
• Relationship and intimacy concerns, including couples and families
A broader view of mental health
I believe emotional well-being is shaped by more than thoughts alone. For many people, mental health is also connected to stress, sleep, habits, nourishment, and the relationship between body and mind. When it is helpful, I bring a whole-person lens into therapy, including conversation about lifestyle, gut health, energy, and the ways daily choices can influence mood and resilience.
How therapy with me works
My style is collaborative, direct, and grounded in curiosity. I draw from CBT, emotion‑focused, and psychodynamic approaches, but I do not believe in “one‑size‑fits‑all” therapy. We will set clear goals together and check in regularly to be sure therapy is actually helping you feel and live better.
Thoughtful work with men
I also have a particular interest in working with men who want a healthier relationship with themselves, their emotions, their relationships, and their sense of masculinity. This may include exploring self-worth, intimacy, confidence, purpose, emotional expression, or the pressure to perform, stay guarded, or always appear in control.
While this is one area of focus, my practice is not limited to men, and I welcome clients of many backgrounds and experiences.
Location & format
I currently see clients virtually. Sessions are held weekly..
